Refund policy
Returns:
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
Non-returnable items:
Custom Products, Gift Cards.
To complete your return, contact us at info@speedoconversionsolutions.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting for an RMA Number.
There is a 10% restocking Fee. Also, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are given. Such as:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Speedo Conversion Solutions does not refund shipping costs and does not cover shipping costs on return shipping for products being returned.
Refunds:
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (usually at least 2 business days, but can be more especially for out of the United States, and there are currency exchanges needed) before your refund is posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@speedoconversionsolutions.com
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product back to PO BOX 395 Roy Utah, 84067
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will have the cost of shipping be deducted from the total.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As it is best to be able to track and make sure that we are getting the item back, and it doesn't get lost somewhere in the shipping process.
